This position is based at Pashamylaram Industrial Area, Hyderabad.
Qualification: Post Graduate in HR
No of years: 10-15 Years
Candidates having experience in engineering / manufacturing sector (not pharma) is a must for this position.
This position reports to AVP-HR.
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsible for the implementation of Talent Strategy for the manufacturing facility
- Involved in annual operating budget process and manning decisions for the organization goals. Working closely with the stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the entire employee lifeline of processes - from Integration, Performance Management, Rewards to Exits
- Build capability in leaders to manage Objective setting, Expectations, New Performance System and Culture
- Building Employee Connect and Relations, including the resolution of conflict
- Driving Talent Engagement and Retention through multiple initiatives
- Identification of internal pipeline of talent through detailed interaction with managers and employees and supporting the development of high potential employees
- At an execution level, this role is expected to deliver on all people process - from hiring to exits and look after capability building.
- Having experience in SAP & Success Factors will be an added advantage
