Senior Manager/AGM - Finance & Accounts - Manufacturing Firm

RESPONSIBILITY:

- The job holder will be responsible for Mumbai/ Head Office accounting

- Ensure implementation of Internal Financial Controls with respect to accounting and regulatory compliances

- Insurance management

- Employee taxation and other direct tax compliances including corporate tax work

MIS Reporting:

- Maintain and prepare MIS reports to be presented to the management, which include a snapshot of sales, P&L account, receivable statements, summary of inventory, aging of finished goods, cash flow, etc.

- Accountable for current inventory valuation, cash flow projections, and forecasting

- Responsible for collecting different reports to help maintain the MIS

Budgeting & Planning:

- Prepare a detailed financial budget for the organization

- Analysis of variances against budget and monitoring of key financial parameters

- Ensure timely information is provided to the Management for publishing accounts as well as for budgeting.

Auditing:

- Co-ordinate with Auditors and ensure smooth completion of the audit

- Ensure complete compliance with statutory requirements

Internal Audit and Control:

- Statutory Compliance,

- Internal control framework & practices,

- Accounting and Reporting,

- Governance rules '

KEY SKILLS:

- Prior Big 4/Manufacturing experience preferred

- Commercial and Business awareness

- Analytical mind

- Understanding of data privacy standards

- Good knowledge of IND-AS & IRS

- Good communication skills

- Up to date with technological relevance and good working knowledge of SAP & MS Excel
