Urgent Hiring with the Automotive Industry for the Profile of Sr.Manager/AGM(Finance & Accounts) for the Gurgaon Location

Job Responsibilities:

- Overall responsible for accounts, audits, financial reporting and taxation function.

- Managing month-end closure of books of accounts, includes review, analysis and finalization within defined timelines. Balance sheet preparation including Consolidation with subsidiaries & Joint v ventures as per IND AS.

- Managing Statutory, Tax and Internal Audits with Big 4

- Turnaround strategy implementation for loss making units.

- Monthly detailed P&L analysis - plant wise, company wise and India operations.

- Formulating budgets, forecasts, conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projections and actuals and recommending corrective actions.

- Implemented centralized payment system resulting in operating efficiency and saving in finance cost.

- Working capital management
