Job responsibilities - 4-5 key deliverables, specify Area/ territory to be managed, if applicable
1. Understand the Business fundamentals of the assigned categories
2. Identify the customer buying patterns and put together a comprehensive strategy for respective category for the overall revenue objectives for the category
3. Capture and analyze micro and macro trends related to geography, technology, and environment
4. Monitor and improve the Category Revenue parameters across Geography, Product Mix, Channel
5. Stakeholder Management - Work with different stakeholders in Sales, Finance, Marketing teams to execute Category strategies
Prior Role (s)/ Work Experience Preferred - detailed information about the required background
- Understanding of Business
- Very strong influencing skills
- Ability to manage matrix organizations
- Prior experience in driving sales through an - influencer- role preferred
- Prior experience in Category Management role preferred
- Preference for BFSI Category experience
- Data oriented
