Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with businesses/functions to set the talent strategy and support in designing industry best practices & solutions supporting the changing business needs.
- Designing talent frameworks for effectively rolling out the solutions for assessment, development and career movements.
- Prepare an engaging road map for effective year on year roll outs and execution of all planned activities. Be a SPOC for all interventions pertaining to Group Key Talent in terms of Development & Reward strategy.
- Manage the execution of the performance management system, improvisations and performance evaluation instruments.
- Ensure that organization-wide key talent management initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Work closely with the HRIS to aggregate data for key talent pool and translate those data into insights through data analysis that drives deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels.
- Maintain an effective, fair and consistent process as a Group COE on Job Evaluation.
- Analyze comparable positions and determine relevance and determine appropriate grade levels by completing a Hay evaluation.
- Complete administrative documentation and maintain an auditable file.
