Senior Manager/AGM - Client Servicing Services (Female)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Managing and Mentor a team
- Driving the business function while ensuring Team Productivity and 100% Target achievement
- Identify and develop client business/relationships with Home grown and MNC firms as Talent Acquisition partners
- Independently manage your set of clients and proactively engage with them for their recruitment needs. Mining accounts through relationship management and creating client delight through exceptional delivery
- Source high-caliber candidates through job advertising, market mapping, headhunting, referral network, Job Portals etc.
- Generate a market contact database by performing market research through various channels
- Ensure timely billing and collections on all accounts
- MIS, Dashboard and Data management for management reviews.
- Create and present dashboards on Verticals performance bimonthly.
The Successful Candidate :
- Minimum 10 - 15 years of strong experience in a recruitment firm
- Must have led a team for at least 5 Years. Someone with experience in managing remote team members is an added advantage
- Should have a bachelor's/PG degree with prior work experience in a client-facing role
- Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Should have strong commercial business acumen
