Opportunity for Sr.Mgr/AGM -Business Excellence (Payer& Provider ) to be based in Bangalore
A distinguished client of Innoquest Consulting, a BPM service provider in the healthcare domain, is seeking a Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager in Business Excellence (Transactional Quality) for their Bangalore location.
Mandatory skills required:- Graduate.
- Diploma or master's in business administration or any post-graduation will be an added advantage.
- Lean six sigma Black Belt certified or equivalent.
- Around 10 years of experience in international BPO Business
- Around 4-5 years in Business Excellence/process improvement roles with proven track record for transformation projects
- Work experience in MNCs or reputed organizations will be an added advantage.
- Prior Experience of transformational projects impact end customer will be an advantage.
Role Details:- Manage and execute high impact business processes improvements across the lifecycle
- Generate business impact / client value adds through Continual Improvement initiatives or transformational thought process
- Create and improve customer experience through Customer Journey Mapping (improvement in CSAT/NPS scores)
- Identify NVAs and improve process efficiencies through Lean tools
- Transform the entire employee life cycle right from Hire to Retire
- Implement strong governance to address Operations Quality and Improvement projects and initiatives.
- Create a culture of Process Improvement within the Business.
