Sr. Manager/AGM - Accounts Delivery
- Experience in managing/leading team of recruiters driving towards the Account Deliverables.
- Heading the full strength of the company in terms of client management, increasing bench strength, training and bringing new clients.
- Entrusted to build & nurture an aggressive team of members to cater at an optimum level, build in strategy and through an effective business model, best of IT Services/Consulting to our Strategic Partners.
- Presenting new products, solutions and services to enhance existing relationships.
- Groomed the team with your expertise and knowledge in a proficient manner for them to get habituated to perform under highly stressed fast paced environment.
- Responsible for mentoring and providing on-going training and support for new recruiters and serve as a resource for learning and navigating recruiters through policies and procedures.
- Streamlined the company's goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company's performance
- Experience with various clients from IT, Insurance, Aviation, Airlines, Healthcare, Travel, Banking, Finance, Telecom, Legal, Construction, Media and Clinical Domains in US Geography.
- Proficiency with Resume Portals (Monster, Dice, Career Builder), Professional networking tools (LinkedIn Premium), ATS (Talent Recruit, Sixth Sense, C-Track), VMS (Agile, People Fluent, Ariba, Fieldglass, Beeline).
- Experience in Account Mining, Research, Development, Methodology and Strategy.
- Front facing with the clients to receive/understand requirements.
- Handled end-to-end IT Recruitment, contract staffing, contract to hire (C2H) and Permanent / Full time Positions.
- Training/ mentoring new team members
- Team target setting. Motivating team members / resolving queries / problems
- Escalation handling
- Excellent connect and relationship with clients
- Ensure strong MIS reporting. Mentor, coach and motivate the team
- Managing entire recruiting life cycle from requisition development, sourcing, screening and interviewing to negotiation, offer presentation and closure.
- Clients include both Direct Relationship, Prime vendors and Vendor Managed Systems (VMS) companies.
- Track the submission by recruiters in Quick base-company database.
- Newsgroups, Cold Calling, Internet Searches and Networking for posting of jobs and searching for candidates for contract/permanent positions.
- Source candidates using: Dice, Monster, the ladders, net-temps, LinkedIn, face book, Twitter, Google groups, cloud recruiting, Bullhorn reach, Wisestep, Craig lists, Referrals, Company Database, Newsgroups, Cold Calling, Internet Searches and Networking for posting of jobs and searching for candidates for contract/permanent positions.
- Create and establish the hiring process and rolled out the training program across the board.
- Set-up and maintained job order rotation to recruiters.
- Formulate innovative and cost effective strategies for design & implementation of business
transformation, process improvement and optimization projects
- Being part of daily meetings and status reports to enhance recruitment delivery and motivation.
Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:
1. Must have worked with Large B$ clients, closing minimum of 100+ positions on the key account
2. 7-15 yrs of experience in "US Recruitment" in IT/Non IT field
3. Must be willing to work in night shifts (EST or PST Timings)
4. Must have Sound knowledge on IT and Technical concepts
5. Must have experience on placing all levels of technical candidates.
6. Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
7. Must have good negotiation & closing skills.
8. Excellent Oral and Written Communication;
9. Strong Analytical and Data Management skills
10. Proactive and self-managing
11. Attention to detail and a focus on high quality outputs
12. Should have handled a team
13. Demonstrated success working with large US national accounts, specifically in MSP/VMS programs
