The Role :

- Internal Audit Analytics Senior Manager is responsible for the global analytics team and will work with internal auditors to identify opportunities for use of data analytics throughout the audit lifecycle.

- S/he will then develop and deploy appropriate analytics solutions using advance analytics technologies (Google cloud platform with BigQuery, Power BI, Qlikview/ Qliksense and Python) and other technologies (such as Robotic Process Automation tools) that fulfil the identified opportunities and meet the programsstrategic objectives. The digital revolution is transforming the audit profession.

- Senior Manager Advanced Analytics will support the Internal Audit Analytics team with development of comprehensive analytical solutions used to assess risk throughout the Company and develop more relevant and strategic audit plans.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement complete Big Data solutions including data acquisition, storage, transformation, and analysis

- Support the delivery of ad hoc and customized analytics in support of global internal audits

- Translate business needs into specific analytical solutions, leveraging our full technology suite

- Work with Business leaders in a consultative capacity, supporting value add using big data solutions

- Communicate technical analytic results to stakeholders, translating how to best generate business value

- Develop advanced business intelligence dashboards, allowing users to unlock insight across multiple data sources

- Support strategic ad hoc and special projects as needed, balancing multiple priorities

- Lead the planning, development, and project execution on complex analytics implementations.

- Lead the execution of the specific technical areas of a project, supervising other team members and providing coaching where requested.

- Manage the internal goals and metrics of the IA analytics program and provide reports on their progress to senior leaders.

- Maintain business relationships with appropriate levels of management to ensure that the analytics team is aware of changes in business activities and objectives, and these are used as inputs in the development of analytics solutions.

- Promote new ideas and new ways of executing projects and internal infrastructure enhancements.

- Demonstrate commitment to Internal Audits strategic vision, be a self-starter, and promote project ownership and responsibility for actions. Interact with Audit project team members in working towards Departmental goals.

- Review Risk and Control matrices, data and process flow diagrams and audit test procedures to identify opportunities to use data analytics that help to expand risk coverage, increase efficiency and provide increased assurance

- Monitor the refresh risk dashboards, including periodic data refresh, troubleshooting errors, fixing bugs and implementing enhancements.

- Apply professional skepticism when assessing data sources and validate completeness and accuracy of data received. Assist in the documentation of functional, technical and source data requirements.

- Act as project leader for the IA data analytics program. Regularly inform manager, audit team and senior management of project status, issues, risks and results.

- Provide support on the existing data analytics environment.

- Demonstrate strong time and project management skills.

- Demonstrate knowledge of the data analysis process and experience with the application of data analytics in the assessment of IT and business processes.

Skills Required :

- Understanding of Microsoft SQL/HQL coding languages and other advance analytics an visualization technologies, including Qlikview/Qliksense and Power BI.

- Strong communication skills (verbal, written and listening).

- The ideal candidate i articulate, expressive, engaging, and inspiring and can deliver value-added assessments, sound advice, good news and bad, in a relevant, concise and objective manner tuned to the audience with a high level of credibility at the top management and board level.

- Ability to adopt flexible work hours and work across time zones supporting worldwid audit projects and managing a multi-location teams.

- Minimal travel expected.

- Technical expertise creating visualizations in QlikView, QlikSense, Tableau

- Strong communication skills and proficiency with the English language

- Ability to independently understand and connect business objectives to viable technica solutions

- Ability to work independently and achieve high results in a remote work setting wit flexibility to work across time zones

Qualifications & Experience:

- At a minimum, a Bachelors Degree in computer science, data analytics, statistics , mathametics. A Masters degree is

desirable.

- Professional accounting qualifications like CA, ACCA will be highly valuable.

- 10 to 12 year of experience, with 6+ years of Internal Audit experience, preferably with large multi-national company or Big 4 firm. A minimum 3-4 years of audit analytics experience.

- Experience working with technologies on the Google Cloud Platform

- Working knowledge of SAP back end data tables

- Working knowledge of PowerBi

- Experience performing statistical and / or predictive analytics using Python or R

- Knowledge of predictive model administration within the Google Cloud Platform including use of Jupyter Notebooks and Pipelines
