Sr manager Advance Analytics
In this role, you will be a part Analytics/Innovation HUB team which builds in-house analytics solutions for CPGR companies - shared services, finance, supply chain, and commercial groups
Responsibilities :
- Machine learning + Python
- Candidate must have strong programming skills and statistical knowledge
- Past experience working on Work experience on PYTHON for Machine Learning techniques. Knowledge of one (Azure / AWS/GCP) of the cloud platforms for data pipeline development.
- Should have used advanced techniques like ELASTIC NET; XGBOOST; NEURAL NETWORKS; RANDOM FOREST; TIME SEREIS FORECASTING; GRADIENT DESCENT etc. in past projects.
- Build strong strategic relationships with the clients and be responsible for stakeholder management while identifying key growth opportunities
- Should operate in a PMO environment, monitor, control and report status of services/projects to clients
- Identify areas of significant customer business Impact and improvement opportunities therein provide strategic direction & thought leadership to clients
- Own end to end project from design, development and delivery of analytics solutions which includes dashboards development, data engineering and data science activities
- Create project plan/timelines and estimates
- Play an active role in managing the team , monitor team hours and drive project tasks & milestones
- Oversee day-to-day management of projects, communications and priorities
- Hands on experience in visualization/Business intelligence (Power BI/Tableau expert with minimum 4 years' experience)
- Conduct workshops with the key client stakeholders for generating ideas which will solve business problems
- Manage and make clear guidelines on project tasks to data scientists, engineers, visualization experts and business analysts
- Demonstrate the value of the analytics and build a strong working relationship with existing and prospective customers
- Guide and assist sales teams in identifying and promoting solutions for new business growth
- Collaborate with consulting/transformation/practice teams to deliver complex, large client engagements that identify, design and implement innovative business and technology solutions for end clients
- Lead/Participate in project discussions to bring best practices for solving problems
