Senior Manager Admin & Operations
Role Description:
- Manage and maintain an overview of the executives diary and calendar of events and give reminders to respective stakeholders, travel assistance support in order to maximize effectiveness of working while taking into account other competing demands such as Leadership Team, Management and Board meetings, the needs of each offices.
- Remain up-to-date with tasks and emails and alert the executive on any urgent emails that require discussion or attention (no delays).
- Assist the executives with scheduling and planning meetings, drafting of minutes or coordination of papers, scheduling meetings, preparing agenda for the meetings, preparing task lists, arranging pre-reads for the executive, monitoring or undertaking follow-up actions of all tasks.
- Coordination for MIS preparation and validating as per the standard templates. Coordinating and follow-ups from respective departments.
- Providing assistance to the executives for drafting various correspondence such as mail outs and external communication in line with the needs of the respective executive.
- Work closely with other Management within to ensure linkages with the executives work.
- Coordinating with the Head of Departments for smooth functioning of tasks assigned and meeting timelines.
- This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our administrative processes, contributing to the overall success of our organization.
- The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, implementing effective policies, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
