- Administration & Facility In charge for Mumbai office.
- Processing Monthly MIS reports to Admin Head & Annual Budget presentation to Management.
- Invoice processing & Maintaining all required Admin & Facility trackers.
- Handling all Statutory Compliances as per company requirement.
- Board Meetings & Conference handling. Lunch arrangements for guest in meeting rooms.
- Contract Staff Management & Vendor Management, Office & Equipment Maintenance, AMC, Purchase for Office Stationery and required material as per the user's request
- General Administration - Front Desk, Housekeeping, Security, Cafeteria & Inventory Management.
- EPABX Management, CCTV & Access Control Management
- Fire & Safety Management, co-ordination for Mock Drills
- Preparing SOP's & Policies for Administrative activities.
- Staff Welfare activities like - Festival arrangements, Annual event, Diwali Celebrations, Medical Campaigns, Offsites.
- Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
- Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, housekeeping, Cafeteria and tradespersons.
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
