Looking for a Sr Manager- Admin & Facility for one of the leading insurance company based out of Mumbai.
Spearheading all administrative, project and maintenance matters for the office. Participation in development and implementation of proper administrative, project and maintenance rules in application of the statutes in conformity with country head project / administration.
- Managing all Day to Day Admin Operations, Domestic & International Travel, Telephone, Projects & Infrastructure, Electrical Maintenance, HVAC, Canteen Management, Housekeeping, Event Management, Safety & Security for Office.
- Contracts and Vendor management with partnerships to bring synergy and improve the performance of service levels for long term benefits.
- Safety and Security management including continuous training and planning for health and safety, fire safety, security management.
- Procurement and timely renewal of statutory licenses / permissions and liaison with authorities for smooth functioning of business operations.
- Guest house management.
- Departmental budgeting and cost optimization to improve efficiency.
- Property management for leased property and Liaison with Tenants.
