- Ability to manage big events / conferences - involves hundreds of people coming to Bhopal & hence the logistics

- Personal dedication has to be high to be able to deliver urgent works arriving at odd hours

- Entire facility management

- This person will be handling the entire Bhopal & since he will be amongst the Senior most Admin people, should be able to help teams in other locations
