Our client is a reputed organisation in Education Industry have a few Institutions spread across, now looking for a dynamic Professional to turn around the organisation to a world class.

Designation: Senior Manager Admin & Operation

Experience: Minimum 10 Years

Location: Kolkata.

Joining: Immediate

Remuneration: Salary is subject to the experience and capability of the candidate. Can be worked out on a case-to-case basis.

Candidate Profile

1) Strong administrative background from corporate field with Experience in working with any reputed Institution/University.

2) Ex- Service men background will be an added benefit.

3) Would be looking audit the discipline, day to day operations, the performance of the teachers and the principal, manage the grievances of the students and will be reporting to the trustees.

Experience

Minimum 10 Years of total Experience out of which last 3 years in reputed Institution/University at the same role.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Solid knowledge in running the reputed large Institution/Universities

2. Graduate with PG/MBA

Professional Experience:

Strategic thinking skills

1. Ability to manage other managers, and handle difficult situations while remaining forward-looking and very positive

2. Ability to lead by example - The candidate should support organizational norms, possess self-discipline and lead best practices

3. Adaptability - The ability to adapt is essential with the capacity to anticipate possible new opportunities or mitigate potential challenges.

4. Understand the changing and evolving landscape, and new developments with the ability to identify which may be relevant for their implementation.
