Job Roles / Responsibilities :

Position Summary:

This strategic, hands-on Business Unit Risk Manager role is responsible for driving key Business level transformational initiatives in the risk management space for the Business unit, including establishing a systematic, efficient & effective Pursuit, Contractual and Delivery risk management framework (from policy, processes & platform standpoint), Work in Collaboration with Sales Teams, Delivery Leadership Teams, Enterprise Risk Management Team and various Practice Risk Managers. The role is not limited to Risk Management only and the individual is expected to drive business processes improvement in the respective business unit aligning to APAC BU Leadership direction.

Key Responsibilities

- Is responsible for driving key Corporate OE Risk transformational initiatives in APAC countries by working closely with delivery organization as well as engaging all the BU stakeholders in identifying the requirements in process, platform and policies and create execution roadmaps as needed

- Is responsible for Developing & Implementing APAC BU wide governance, risk or compliance programs for meeting the organizational objectives.

Act as a trusted advisor keeping the APAC country leadership team apprised of changes in risk profile, as well as emerging risks

Participate on various risk management sub-committees to evaluate the risk profile and mitigation actions.

Support the business unit in the remediation of issues and the design of mitigation actions

Support assigned business in the identification, assessment, monitoring and management of risks.

Provide insights through Risk projections and provide early warning data and appropriate risk mitigation plan

- Program Manage the implementation of findings from Project DE-RISK in the areas of Pursuit Risk Management, Governance of Bid vs Did, Scope Change monetization, Delivery Risk Management and Contractual Compliance

Drive identification of risks in pursuit stage through pursuit risk assessment by pursuit leader, track and monitor these risks throughout the engagement life cycle

Ensure compliance to contracting practices (SOW)

Spearhead the contractual compliance program: Implement, monitor and report contractual compliance related obligation risks and metrics

Own the governance cadence for tracking and reporting on Bid vs Did performance, scope change monetization

Create awareness forums, Conduct Education / Training sessions for knowledge building around key areas of MSA/SoW contractual risks, scope change management

- Work closely with the Corporate ERM team

To Provide periodic updates on the changes in Risk Profile of the business unit and risk scores on ad hoc working groups to address and resolve new areas of risk

Create - Best Practices Case Studies- and facilitate the cross-pollination of practices across units

Escalate keys risks with needs Corporate level interventions

Provide guidance to Business Resilience manager on BCP management

Drive client discussions on BCP/DR (as required)

- Work closely with the Corporate OE team

To drive improvements in risk management process through continuous dialogue and supporting data analytics

- Should be able to work with Various Corporate Functions Like Human Resources - Talent Supply Chain, Global Immigration, Information Security, Finance, IP, Legal and Business Continuity Planning etc. in the management of risks
