Job Description - Lead the controllership function of a leading Fintech in India

Client Details :

Our client is a well established Fintech player in the Northern market

Description :

- Oversee the Accounting function for the firm

- Lead the budgeting and controlling

- Coordinate and lead audit processes

- Streamline accounting functions and operations

- Lead preparation of financial report and financial data

- Work closely with the CFO and the leadership to drive Firm's vision and strategy

Profile :

- 8-14 years of overall experience (with atleast 2-3 years in controllership function)

- CA is must to have (preferably in first attempt)

- Great analytical and quantitaive skills

- Leadership experience

- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
