Position Summary :

- Exposure to various facets of Compensation Benchmarking, Expat compensation, M&A Due diligence, compensation model, recommendations on retirement and insurance plans

- Compensation benchmarking, Annual manpower and review cost budget models, New country penetration, Responsible for Global compensation structure and compliance

- Design and implementation of compensation review model

- Drive the market benchmarking studies for compensation to ensure external equity.

- Review existing compensation systems and perform change need analysis

- Design framework for compensation structure including designing compensation review framework, liaison with attorneys and agencies to setup complete employment norms for new territories
