Senior Manager- Accounts - Realty & Infrastructure

- Candidate profile is ideally from Big 4 or working in a Realty or Infra company after a Big 4 Stint preference would be given to Women Candidates

Key purpose of the job: The Position is responsible for the Maintenance of accounts accurately on a real time basis and ensure compliances to the regulatory, tax audit, Cost Audit and statutory requirements for quarterly and financial reporting

Strategic:

- Maintain the accounts accurately on a real time basis

- Ensure compliances to the regulatory, tax audit, cost audit and statutory requirements for financial reporting

- Prepare & monitor systems and procedure for effective management of cost and generation of MIS report as per Management requirement.

- Co-ordination with regional finance team and cross functional team

Operational:

- Ensure maintenance of books of accounts as per rules, regulation and standards

- Closing books of accounts within time

- Statutory Compliance of TDS, GST, foreign remittance & FEMA

- Monitoring & scrutiny of Corporate Accounts

- Undertaking checks and balances in relation to vendor payments

- Preparation of the monthly performance report and analysis of variance from budget

- Preparation of monthly financials for MIS and Quarterly Results for Audit/LR

- Completion of tax audit, Cost Audit & Statutory Audit within timeline

Developmental:

- Updates on regulatory and statutory changes.

- Ensuring all financial accounting work is handled by the team correctly and on time
