Senior Manager - Accounts Payable & P2P

Job Summary: The Sr. Manager of Account Payables P2P leads and manages the P2P function including the management of Procurement Operations and Accounts Payable teams.

People Manager: Yes

- Provide leadership, guidance, and subject matter expertise to the company with regards to Account & finance and P2P services.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations

- Monitor and analyze accounts payable processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and finance, to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices

- Manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues or disputes related to payments or invoices

- Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports, including aging reports, cash flow projections, and vendor performance metrics

- Train and develop accounts payable staff, including setting performance goals and conducting performance evaluations

- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes for accounts payable

- Assist with audits and provide documentation

Desired Skills -

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- People management experience

- 8+ years experience in AP, AR, O2C, R2R, and P2P.

Desired Skills :-

- Understand and demonstrate knowledge of Accounts and Finance Function (P2P, O2C and R2R)- this would span all towers and not restricted to one.

- Exposure to Intercompany Reconciliation, AR activities is preferred.
