Senior Manager - Accounts Payable

Profile: Senior Manager SAP

Experience: Not more than 12 Years

Location: BKC, Mumbai

SAP Experience: 4+ yrs

Accounts Payable Responsibilities:

- Manage overall performance of the F&A AP process by providing strategic and operational leadership, ensuring effective service delivery, maximum client satisfaction and team management

- Manage all Accounts Payable activities for a bigger team

- Individual who can handle 5 to 7 Lacs invoices per annum of volumes with various complexities.

- Some of the examples being TMC / Shipping / Retentions / Deductions / Bank Guarantees

- Person who have managed India and Global operations

- Can work with leadership to manage Perception of the process across the Businesses and vendors

- Responsible for Transitioning new businesses and processes with minimum Head count increase

- Leadership to build controls and create Dashboards; create in-house quality check procedures

Expectations from candidates: The person will be a member of the Finance Organisation and will ensure day-to-day accounts payable, ensure invoices are processed accurately and efficiently, including accounting and timely payments, maintain and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, support month-end close, and maintain of robust control environment.
