Senior Manager - Accounts & Finance - FinTech

Must have prior experience in NBFC/Financial Services. CA candidates will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities :

- The person will be responsible for assisting the financial reporting team.

- Working on IND AS requirements like EIR , ESOP , etc.

- Ensuring month end closure activities are done by all departments as per the set timelines

- Ensuring SEBI results reporting on a quarterly basis

- Ensuring timely RBI compliances

- Handling audit queries and ensuring zero escalations

- Preparation of Annual Notes to Accounts

- Working of Public issue/IM documents related to finance data

- Reverting to various stake holders for any data requirements

- Working on quarterly Advance Tax alongwith the Tax team

- Assisting in preparation of quarterly projections

- Assisting in preparation of Monthly MIS

- Automation of financials and MIS

- Working on various projects to streamline finance activities

- Experience of IND AS & RBI compliance is a must
