Job Title - Senior Manager (Accounts & Finance)

Location: Chennai

Looking for Senior Manager with strong accounting and finance knowledge who is willing to take up key responsibilities and grow with the company

Job Description : 

Accounting : 

- Handling/responsible for day-to-day accounting while ensuring accounting standards.

- Responsible for Head Office and Branch accounting & maintenance of accounts of all regions.

- Reviewing and monitoring expenses.

- Accounts receivable & payable management for Head Office and branches

- Reconciliation of bank statements.

- Consolidation of books of branches.

- Inter branch reconciliation and reconciliation with HO

- Preparing and finalization of financial statements

- Close the books of Accounts on monthly basis.

- Liasoning with Internal Auditor.

Finance

- Funds management & liasoning with bank(s).

- Maintaining healthy relationship with the partner bankers.

- Fund Management for loan disbursement.

- Liasoning with banks for account opening and maintenance of bank accounts of branches.

- Taxation & Statutory Compliances

- Income Tax, GST, TDS & related compliance.

- Preparation of monthly TDS, GST reports

- Internal Audit of the account of all branches.

MIS & Reporting : 

- MIS from Branches including product wise profitability statements on periodic basis.

- Preparing MIS reporting and reporting to management on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

- Coordination between branches and Head Office.

- Review & Submission of performance report & other various MIS reports of branches as required by management.

Experience

- Should be a Chartered Accountant with 5 plus years post qualification work experience

- Work experience in NBFC / Housing Finance company/ Banking/ Microfinance Institution is highly preferred.

- Should have experience at the branch level and Head Office level accounting.

- Excellent knowledge of Accounting Software and MS Office

- Ideal for candidates with preference for Chennai location
