Senior Manager - Accounts - Chemical Manufacturing Firm - CA

Position: Sr Manager - Accounts.

One of our mega sized Chemical Manufacturing client based at Bharuch Gujarat is looking for Sr Manager Accounts Position to be based at Plant near Bharuch.

An incumbent should be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with around 7-12 years exp working in Accounts and Finance Department in a large sized Manufacturing Plant.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Ensure smooth functioning, monitoring & accounting of all transactions from start to end for the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annually financial statement as per prescribed Accounting standards and corporate guidelines.

- Ensuring the timely Capex accounting, GRN processing, completion Cash and bank transactions including BRS, expenses review and control as per budget norms.

- Proper Posting and checking of Admin bill passing (& other bill passing section as the supporting hand) on time to time basis.

Compilation of financial statement & Reports:.

- Timely Submission of Duly Audited Financial Statement on Monthly/Quarterly/ Yearly Basis after resolving the Audit Issues if any.

Investment & Revenue expenses Monitoring:

- Accurate Capex Accounting and Reporting including Tracking of Project.

- Safeguard & Tracking of company's fixed assets:.

- Assets Tagging of all Assets and Reconciliation with book.

General Account Management:

- Ensuring timely accounting for other general accounts related work like long term loan /short term loan & interest accounting & its payment, supervising Bank reconciliation work, cash & Bank Accounting entries, Scrape sales to customer and payment receipt and releasing payment on due dates for all general accounting and bill passing transactions.
