Senior Manager - Accountant

- Financial Oversight: Providing support to the day-to-day financial operations of a retail establishment, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

- Financial Reporting: Generating accurate and timely financial reports, such as sales analysis, bank and general ledger reconciliations, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into business's financial health.

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborating with the retail management team to develop budgets, forecast financial trends, and analyze variances to support strategic decision-making.

- Process Improvement: Identifying inefficiencies in financial processes within the retail establishment and suggesting improvements to streamline operations and enhance accuracy.

- Financial Analysis: Conducting in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the retail business, providing actionable insights to improve financial performance.

- Software and System Management: Assisting with updates to financial software systems, ensuring they align with the specific needs of the establishment and the business processing entity.

- Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Assist in managing relationships with vendors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations and address any financial concerns.

- Advisory Role: Providing financial advice and guidance to entities' management, offering recommendations for cost-saving measures, revenue enhancement, and business growth strategies.

- Team Collaboration: Collaborating effectively with the outsourced partners' internal teams to gather accurate financial data and ensure alignment between financial strategies and overall business
