Must-Have:

- Willing to work full time as a Data Science program Manager/ Academic and content delivery/ End to End Curriculum delivery and management

- Strong knowledge in Data Science/ Machine Learning/ Artificial Intelligence

- Team handling experience.

KRA:

1. Own the quality of end to end learning content and experience for our AI & DS programs for international markets

2. Lead the team of data scientists that deliver the academic aspects of the program - learning material, mentoring, learning support, and learning analytics

3. Lead the strategic initiatives aimed at improving the learning experience/satisfaction, learner engagement, and learning outcome parameters

a. Lead initiatives aimed at improving and evolving learning material like video material, codes, case studies, projects, etc.

b. Lead efforts towards evolving various instruments/initiatives like hackathons, conferences, panel discussions, industry sessions, ad-hoc competitions etc.

c. Lead innovation initiatives by cross-pollination of ideas and knowledge with the in-house data science teams and industry partners to aid in delivering solutions as well as develop new learning material

4. Lead the efforts towards developing new products/programs to drive business growth

5. Lead the collaboration with senior faculty, industry experts, and mentors to deliver various projects aimed at creating or improving learning journeys/interventions across various programs

6. Lead the team to deliver a support experience by ensuring timely response and feedback on all academic queries from learners

7. Lead learning analytics initiatives aimed at improving the learning experience through machine learning-based solutions using various learner engagement signals
