Senior Management Role - Litigation - LLB

- Well versed with all aspects of commercial law (including criminal cases within the scope of commercial litigation).

- A lawyer who has the capability of arguing the case on behalf of the client independently.

- Should have articulation capabilities and deep conceptual knowledge and the skill to bring out right arguments, as required.

- Should have good communication skills and a convincing personality.

- Evaluating information to determine compliance with standards.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Lawyer with at least 10 years of experience in commercial law including criminal cases within the scope of commercial litigation
