Will be responsible for managing all the below HR Frameworks-
1. IR & Compliances
2. HR Strategy & Manpower Planning
3. Talent Management, Development & Succession Planning
4. Employee Engagement
5. Rewards and Recognition
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Qualification: MSW, MLL, or MBA
- Extensive experience in Plant HR functions including Union Mgmt, PMS, Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance, etc.
- Will be responsible for managing 5 plants across India and MENA region.
- Must have strong exposure in IR & ER functions.
- Must have present/prior exp in Garment/Apparel/Textile manufacturing plants.
- Proficiency in English & Kannada is mandatory.
- Must have excellent Leadership skills.
- Should have handled at least 3000-5000 employee strength including contract labours.
