Responsible for researching, recommending and executing industry relevant diversity and inclusion strategies.
- Consults organization's leaders in driving integrating diversity & inclusion management goals and strategies into all business and planning processes and practices.
- Translates strategy into specific actions with clear accountability, making decisions based on best available information, and communicate priorities clearly and concisely to management.
- Manage all diversity, inclusion, & accessibility programs including, mentoring program, across PAN India location.
- Create and implement regular reporting and metrics as needed for management.
- Collaborate with Local HR and management on development of HR programs to support Diversity and Inclusion programs organization wide.
- Demonstrated expertise with strategic diversity & inclusion management methodologies and related planning, execution and measurement of effectiveness.
- Experience in a management role preferred.
- Solid project management skills. Ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty in a dynamic environment and strong business acumen skills.
- Successful candidate must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast growing organization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Sound judgment, high integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Effective stakeholder and relationship management experience; able to interact and build trusted relationships with all levels of employees
- Strong consultative and influence skills
- Knowledge related to cultural competence and international cultural differences a plus
- Demonstrated ability to link HR programs to business strategy
- Strong skills in statistical analysis and data management skills
- Experience as an HR generalist is desired
