Exp : 15-20 years

Role & Responsibilities :

- Facilitate leadership development courses and programs for senior leaders across the enterprise

- Draw Out and articulate a clear vision stakeholders and team

- Create and communicate a clear strategy plan for the support of training needs

- Manager delivery of training through measurable documented and defined process

- Managing Effective knowledge transfers during transitions

- Manage the continuum of seamless training Delivery for Aligned LOBS and Teams
