Senior Level - Merger & Acquisition - Consulting/Strategy - Resources/Power/Steel Sector

We are hiring for Managerial level roles with a leading Consulting .

Position : Senior Level - Consulting/Strategy - Resources - Power or Steel

Experience : 8+ years with good Experience in Resources/ Steel/ Thermal Power .

Role & Responsibilities :

- Will be defining project scope and deliverables, Manage delivery and project economics and Managing project risk

- Responsible for work around Strategy, Merger & Acquisitions.

- Work includes Market assessment and competition analysis

- Involved in evaluation and execution of international / domestic acquisition, divestment, restructuring, joint venture and other strategic initiatives across the Group

- Deal structuring, valuation, due diligence, negotiations, documentation for Group's portfolio

- Will be responsible for M&A, structuring advisory for inbound and outbound transactions for Joint Venture (JV), acquisition and strategic alliance
