Legal Strategy and Compliance: - Develop and implement legal strategies to support the organization's objectives. - Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements across all operations. 2. Drafting and Documentation: - Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents. - Ensure that all documentation is legally sound and aligned with corporate policies. 3. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution: - Handle arbitration cases and other legal disputes effectively. - Represent the organization in legal proceedings and liaise with external counsel when required. 4. Qualifications and Skills: - Proven experience in the rolling stock or automobile industry (preferred). - Expertise in arbitration and dispute resolution. - Strong drafting and negotiation skills. - Excellent research capabilities with an eye for detail. - Up-to-date knowledge of Indian legal systems, corporate laws, and international legal standards. - Experience working in multinational corporations or large enterprises. - Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage legal teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
