- Working on VC transactions, Drafting of transnational documentations, negotiations etc.

- Overlooking the working of the portfolio companies.

- Liaison with senior stakeholders and external lawyer/ Firms.

Profile :

- Ideal Candidate should come with 4-6 years of experience in running VC/ PE transactions end to end.
