Senior Legal Counsel - NBFC - LLB

Are you a legal expert in debt financing, syndicated lending, and structured finance?

Were looking for a seasoned legal professional (10+ years) to join our dynamic finance team and lead legal strategy for high-value financing transactions at a fast-growing NBFC.

Your Role Will Involve:

- Leading legal advisory for corporate borrowings, structured lending, and syndicated loans.

- Drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, etc.

- Collaborating with banks, FIs, investors, and regulatory bodies (RBI, SEBI, etc.)

- Supporting fundraising, risk mitigation, and recovery strategies.

What Were Looking For:

- 10+ years of experience in an NBFC, Bank, or Fintechs legal team.

- Strong exposure to debt finance, cross-border lending, and regulatory compliance.

- LLB is mandatory | LLM in Banking & Finance is a plus.

- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and stakeholder management skills.
