About the Role:
- As a Senior Learning Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective learners towards their career goals.
- You will leverage your expertise to navigate the complex tech landscape and identify tailored learning solutions that meet their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect Outreach: Actively reach out to potential learners, engaging in insightful conversations to understand their career aspirations and challenges.
- Needs Assessment: Employ a customer-centric approach to qualify leads, identifying how our learning programs can effectively support their career development.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with prospective learners, nurturing them through the sales process and ensuring they remain engaged.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of daily activities, ensuring that targets are consistently met and exceeded.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in higher education technology sales.
Compensation: Up to 11.
Location: Bangalore or Noida (with 3 months of work-from-home flexibility for Noida-based candidates).
Work Schedule: 5-day workweek.
