We are looking for an experienced, self-driven Senior Leader to provide leadership for all aspects of the company's operations, emphasizing long-term goals, growth, profit, and return on investment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality business strategies and plans to achieve them. Manage P&L and Balance Sheet of the organization and ensure that targets are achieved.
- Manage and motivate the leadership team to achieve excellence in all aspects of the business including Sales, Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
- Ensure our business activities confirm high compliance standards expected by our customers and local rules and regulations.
- Build a culture of mutual trust and collaboration with customers, key partners, stakeholders, and within all divisions of the company.
- Nurture and develop a professional team to take the company forward. - Responsible for developing new business, servicing existing business with a high level of competence.
- Ensure incorporation of world-class manufacturing practices aimed at highest levels of operational excellence and achieve customer delight.
- Demonstrated acumen in running P&L of a large business unit.
- Experience in Apparel Industry is not a pre requisite but extensive professional experience in leadership roles out of which at least 5 years in high quality manufacturing environment is a must.
- Should have excellent managerial and financial skills and the ability to lead any business operations.
- High degree of competitive spirit.
- The candidate should have excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate as a leader with our customers, business partners and the employees.
- The candidate should be able to lead and inspire a large team.
- The candidate should have good self-confidence with humility and an eagerness/aptitude to learn and implement new ideas.
Age should be 45 years maximum.
