- Setting up or improving an e-commerce operations operational model

- Accept complete responsibility for the P&L and business goals of your e-commerce company.

- Creating thorough procedures, quality assurance measures, and KPIs to ensure a smooth implementation of a direct vendor fulfillment program

- Assisting internal clients to guarantee that pricing is correctly preserved in their systems

- Daily performance and order management reports to internal and external customers
