Profile

- 20+ years Industry experience majorly in BPO/BPM space.




- Should have managed global charter for Insurance practice in their current/past organisations.




- Should have experience managing large teams of 2500+ FTEs.




- Strong on operations and client development.




- Strong stakeholder management - matrix setup
