Women Leader - Fund Approvals (Research Function)

- Manage a team of due diligence and research analysts based in Bangalore. The analysts are specialized in research and the role is required to retain and develop marketable individuals.

- The role will involve interactions with the customer groups and other group entities to implement a robust and effective Fund approval framework.

- Functional responsibility will be to provide Fund Approval risk oversight across all regions. This requires a good understanding of the asset class research requirements and industry trends, both on a regional and global basis.

- Key point of contact for group businesses in support of fund approval needs, encompassing an independent and objective assessment of the fund to be deemed fit for purpose for the respective asset class.

- The role holder is expected to actively be engaged with key distribution clients regarding the strategy and thought leadership around fund research and asset class dynamics in the capacity of the group's appointed centre of expertise for such research.
