Senior Leadership Role - AML/CDD - BFSI

- Work with stakeholders in Group and Country to develop a blueprint of all AML CDD process currently undertaken and ensures that a 100% of the processes are mapped to the new organization

- Operationalize the refreshed the FCR policy by a careful risk based and prioritization approach in consultation with and agreed with CB FCR, AML CDD Program and geographies. This will involve understanding the requirements as laid down in the Group AML/CDD Policy and Procedure and to design a standard operating procedure taking into account system and infrastructure capabilities across CB markets

- Identifying system and infrastructure capabilities to support the deployment of Group Retail AML/CDD Policy and Procedures- Understand the country local regulatory requirements and design the in country process working with in-country Head AML/CDD Operations and other stakeholders

- Play a key role in review and approval of country dispensation requests to the Group standard Process.

- Establish the overlap and role of related initiatives such as FATCA, CMR, SME eCDD and others that may arise and manage the impact to CDD Ops to resolution

- Effective people management. Support the policy and process related activities in CDD Ops

- Driving the rollout and implementation of CDD Ops Destination model, systems, process & Procedures.

- Engage with key stakeholders for effective program management
