Senior Leader/Regional Leader - Global Risk Limits/Flags - Investment Bank

Exciting Leadership opportunity to work with one of the Leading Investment Bank in Mumbai to work with Global Stakeholders and Senior Management and Trading Desk. This role focuses heavily on Risk and Governance, Limit and Flag, Policies and Framework and strategic projects.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Review of existing policies and frameworks within the Flex system and contribute to smooth process flow of the workflow.

- Develop a keen knowledge base across the Limits and Flags framework governance respectively and understand their commonalities and divergences.

- Support the maintenance of market risk departments governance, policies, and procedures.

- Respond to queries and data compilation to address regulatory and internal audit matters and assist with process controls testing.

- Data harmonization across limits and risk flags attributes in FLEX to align with governance and to promote data consistency.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Chartered Accountant or MBA.

- 10-15 years with a background in Compliance, Risk Management, market risk framework and policies.

- Exceptional organizational skills and high degree of attention to detail.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Cross functional and strong leadership skills managed very senior stakeholders.

- Team person, who can mentor and guide the members on the floor.
