DUTIES:

1. You will be a Senior Leader - GBS Advisory - HR Transformation at an appropriate level.

2. You will lead engagements in GIC setup by strategizing across design, build, run, and HR Transformation.

3. You will collaborate and lead engagements in GIC or Captive advisory.

4. You will work on offshoring strategy, operating models, driving transformation programs, sourcing strategy, and vendor portfolio optimization.

5. You will work closely with client stakeholders.
