Hiring for the role of Senior Leadership - Liability Insurance (Techno Marketing Role)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to drive the liability insurance business by integrating technology and marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Business Strategy & Leadership:
- Define and execute a techno-marketing strategy for liability insurance solutions.
- Drive business growth, revenue generation, and market expansion.
- Collaborate with C-level executives and stakeholders to align strategies with organizational goals.
- Stay ahead of regulatory changes, industry trends, and risk landscapes.
Liability Insurance Product Development & Innovation:
- Lead product development, enhancement, and customization based on market needs.
- Work with underwriting, actuarial, and claims teams to develop data-driven risk models.
- Leverage AI, analytics, and automation to optimize underwriting and policy management.
Marketing & Distribution Strategy:
- Design and implement B2B and B2C marketing strategies for liability insurance.
- Utilize digital marketing, AI-driven lead generation, and InsurTech platforms.
- Expand market penetration through strategic partnerships, brokers, and digital channels.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a trusted advisor for corporate clients, SMEs, and industry leaders.
- Strengthen broker, agent, and InsurTech partnerships.
- Drive customer experience (CX) improvements through digital transformation.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Deep expertise in liability insurance (D&O, E&O, Product Liability, Cyber Liability, etc.).
- Strong techno-marketing acumen - blending insurance, technology, and digital marketing.
- Experience in InsurTech, AI-driven risk modelling, and digital policy distribution.
- Proven track record in business strategy, growth, and revenue generation.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management frameworks.
