We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual for the role of Lead - BFSI (Search & Development), who will play a pivotal role in driving talent acquisition for respective clients.
As the leader, this role will focus majorly on the following:
1. Client Acquisition:
- Responsible to source New clients through multiple channels. Devising various strategies to ramp up New Client Acquisition activities.
2. Client Engagement & Delivery:
- Managing key client stakeholders and being one point of contact.
- Identifying and acquiring top talent in the BFSI/NBFC/Financial Services sectors, specializing in leadership hiring, mid to senior-level roles, and corporate support functions as per the client requirement.
- Provide talent insights and talent landscape to the clients
- Advising clients on the talent availability and effective hiring process relevant to the market
- Managing the KPI's for each engagement and reporting them on a periodic schedule to key stakeholders both internal and clients.
- In-depth understanding of delivery methodologies.
3. Team Management:
- Driving recruitment teams to achieve service delivery as per the agreed SLA.
- Hire, Manage and Develop internal talent and engage external talent as required
- Manage a team of Recruiters, Sourcing specialists, and coordinators to deliver an unparallel hiring experience to the clients.
4. To Develop Hiring Business Strategy:
- The leader will develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the clients requirement
5. Other Role Expectations:
- Sourcing and Networking: Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events. Building a robust talent pipeline is essential to the success of this role.
- Employer Branding: Enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice by driving employer branding initiatives and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Ability to produce data for management reporting.
- Ability to prepare reports and presentations using MS Excel/MS PowerPoint.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 5-10 years of proven experience in talent acquisition within the BFSI/NBFC or Financial Services industries.
- Expertise in leadership hiring and mid to senior-level recruitment is essential
- Strong knowledge of HR and talent acquisition best practices, trends, and industry-specific requirements.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
