Senior Lead - Quality Assurance - IT

Position- Sr.QA Lead

TE- 10-15 yrs

Location - Pune-Hybrid

NP - Immediate

Client Round- Yes

Roles and responsibilities :

- Analyzing users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility

- Collaborate closely with other team members and departments

- Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)

- Design and develop automation scripts when needed

- Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies

- Provide timely solutions

- Provide support and documentation

- Should able to manage team of 15-20 people

Additional Skills:

- Hands on with Requirement Gathering, contributing test plan preparation, deriving test cases and execution

- Should be able to collect test Metrix

- Should have experience working in agile model

- Good Database knowledge - SQL Server

- Good knowledge of JIRA

- Should have experience in JMeter for Performance and Veracode, BurpeSuite for Security

- Strong experience in Automation, security and Performance testing

- Excellent Oral and written communication & presentation skills are preferred

- Great team player and able to work efficiently with minimum supervision

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Automation knowledge using Selenium

- Experience with all the phases of SDLC, STLC, and Bug Life Cycle.

- Should able to manage team of 15-20 people
