Senior/Lead Product Analyst - Business Intelligence Team

Looking for Senior / Lead Product Analyst to work in the Analysis team. This role involves providing optimization strategies and insights. You will get the opportunity to play a significant role in end to end campaign management cycle. You get to be a part of the analysis team that works across multiple geographies and second arm to our primary delivery team.

Your key stakeholders will include the Heads of various analysis teams (campaign, sales/marketing, and R&D) and the product team. You will be supported by your peers and experts across many fields who will help you succeed.

Responsibilities:

- Own and execute end to end campaign management

- Derive optimisation strategies so as to achieve campaign performance targets

- Deep dive into massive data sets to answer key business questions using SQL, Excel, and other data manipulation languages

- Deliver - Insights- with world class standards from the data extracted

- Ability to derive stories using compelling visuals

- Adhere to specifications in all the reports/data generated, adapt to our internal visualization to create standard and bespoke

insights

- Support business with ad hoc data analyses as in when required

- End to end portfolio management

- Learn and understand our data resources and know how, when, and which data sources to use

Required Experience:

- 5 - 9 years of experience in data analysis, research, business intelligence and data warehousing tools, or comparable consumer analytics solutions

- Advanced skills using SQL, Excel for large data set manipulation is a must

- R and databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets will be a definite plus.

- Experience in delivering any analytical and/or quantitative projects (including ability to effectively use tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, R visualization, Excel, and Power BI etc.)

- Ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analyses

- Extreme attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload.

- Good verbal and written communication & data presentation skills, including ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
