Senior Lead - Equity Capital Market - IPO Transaction (4-15 yrs)

Opportunity :

- The opportunity is with a highly respected billion dollar business group . The group is amongst the top 3 companies in the sectors it operates.

Responsibilities

- Spearheading in origination and execution of equity capital market transaction and Initial Public Offerings (IPO), Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP), Rights Issue and other fund raising

- Manage due diligence process

- Liaise and coordinate closely with the internal teams and external intermediaries including legal advisors, stock exchanges, SEBI etc. to ensure successful closure

Requirements :

- 4-15 years of end-to-end experience of handling IPOs, QIPs, Open offers, Rights Issue etc.

- Independently managed transactions across sectors like Consumer Durables, Electronics, Telecom, Consumer & Retail

- Understanding of securities laws and regulations including SEBI ICDR, SCRA, Takeover Code, Companies Act etc.

- Understanding of financial modeling and valuation experience

- Preferable if have relationships with Intermediaries and regulatory authorities including stock exchanges, SEBI, Legal Advisors, Registrar etc.
