Job Purpose: The Senior/Lead HR Specialist will be responsible for driving recruitment for key positions and build the internal team of Sutra, across different locations and business units.

Job Responsibilities :

- Review and understand technical as well as non technical job requirements

- Develop and execute recruiting plans

- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees

- Work with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings

- Create job descriptions

- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need

- Full execution of the recruitment process (including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates) including recruitment administration

- Assess progress on assigned job vacancies on regular basis, communicate early warnings and provide regular feedback about performance of the team

- Determine and implement recruiting best practices

- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting

- Identify talent in the assigned market

- Leverage different tools and channels to research and reach out to build the best talent pipeline

Skills/Qualifications :

- Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to deal with people politely, willingness to learn

- Good Interviewing skills

- Basic Analytical skills and an eye for detail

Organizational skills :

- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience

Key Attributes :

- The Lead recruiter should run the recruitment process, hire new employees as required by managers and introduce process improvements

- The Lead recruiter has to accomplish the defined recruitment cycle time, consistent quality of job applicants and has to keep recruitment costs within budget

- Ability to network across industries to build the strong network of cooperating contacts, agencies and ex-employees

- Ensure that personnel requisitions are completed in a timely manner

- Partner with management to determine appropriate compensation packages.
