Senior Lead/Head - SAP

Our client is a large Services organization. They are a part of a large group and growing rapidly. They are looking to hire a smart dynamic SAP Implementation Lead / Head for their organization immediately.

The SAP Lead plays a pivotal role in strategically designing and implementing SAP solutions to meet the complex needs of the real estate business.

The Incumbent will be responsible for:

- Define and drive the strategic roadmap for SAP solutions.

- Develop the Solution Design and a scalable Architecture.

- Lead SAP technology initiatives, focusing on SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP Cloud Platform, and SAP Integration Suite.

- Establish governance frameworks to ensure SAP solutions adhere to organizational and regulatory compliance standards.

- Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance SAP solutions to improve business processes and performance.

- Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including system diagrams, design specifications, and best practice guidelines.

- Partner with business stakeholders, solution experts, and external vendors to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Required Candidate profile:

- BTech with SAP Certifications.

- 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP technology, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori etc.

- Experience in SAP implementation and solution design/architecture.

- Solid understanding of SAP modules and strong expertise in SAP architecture, integration, and customization.

- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex SAP solutions.

- Proficiency in SAP development tools, programming (e.g., ABAP), and system administration.

- Familiarity with SAP BTP technologies, including SAP Joule, Generative AI, and analytics platforms.

- Proficiency in integration frameworks (e.g., middleware, APIs, and data connectors).
