Skill set required:
1. Deep understanding of capacity planning in contact centers and the ability to minimize operational costs without compromising on the client's service levels
2. Expertise in techniques like time series forecasting, regression, segmentation, clustering, random forests, neural networks, text mining and advanced machine learning algorithms.
3. Domain expertise in forecasting, capacity planning and optimization models
4. Experience in mining data using SAS/R/SQL/Python
5. 12 - 14 years of relevant experience in analytics and 4 - 6 years of people management experience with analytics delivery teams
6. MBA or a Masters in Operations Research, Economics, Statistics, Econometrics or Mathematics from leading Indian Universities.
